This project is the battery supermarket and intelligent logistics distribution system of the Ningde N factory of the company. Starting from the battery production workshop, the batteries enter this system and are automatically transported to the battery supermarket (automatic warehouse) using a multi specification battery box conveying method. Then, according to the requirements of downstream module production lines, the specified specifications and models of batteries are automatically sent to the module production line, and the resulting empty boxes are sent back to the corresponding workshop production lines.

This project includes two parts: a battery cell supermarket and an intelligent logistics delivery system. The battery cell supermarket has a total of 6 lanes, using 6 dual station servo stacker cranes and nearly 4000 storage locations; The intelligent logistics conveying system adopts a large number of conveyors, including roller conveyors, turning conveyors, lifting and transfer conveyors, belt conveyors, box returning machines, various angle sorting machines, merging ports, etc., totaling more than 800 units. It also includes 25 lifts, robot palletizing, etc; This project was put into use in 2017.
